I love yoga, but I also have the clammiest hands in the world. Gross. Also, the fact that these were invented at all means there are more people like me out there, which is kind of a comforting feeling. I'm now addicted to these things! Yoga is awesome for stretching out those sore muscles you get from sitting too long at a computer…not that I…do that or anything.  But I ran into a yoga problem at my new house.
